We continue to add new features to the GlaziersEdge products based on input from
our customers. Customers who currently lease the product or have purchased
support services, may install the latest updates from the customer
software download page.
Product support is offered on a one year term and updates are provided when they
become available. If you need phone or on-line product support, we are here to
help.
We can also connect to your computer or server if you need that level of
assistance. In addition, we offer implementation assistance based on your unique
needs. We offer these custom support services:
- Customize your product pricing tables
- Software installation and network configuration
- Custom accounting and sales reports
